Die Schleswig-Holstein Netz AG leitet als Netzbetreiber Strom und Gas zu 2,8 Millionen Menschen in Schleswig-Holstein. Eine Aufgabe, die herausfordert und begeistert

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die IT-Projektleitung für Digitalisierungs-Initiativen im HanseWerk. Dabei planst und steuerst du deinen Aufgabenbereich eigenständig und berichtest proaktiv den Fortschritt und die Risiken an das Steuerungsgremium.
  • Du behältst immer den „Roten Faden“ über die fachlichen und technischen Themen und die Schnittstellen zu den Umsystemen im Blick.
  • Du kannst Anforderungen in Form von User Stories formulieren und bis vertraut mit Tools wie Jira & Confluence.
  • Du stellst die angemessene Kommunikation zu allen Stakeholdern und in Abstimmung mit den Projektsteuerungsgremien sowie deiner Führungskraft sicher und förderst den Wissensaustausch und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung deiner Teammitglieder.
  • Du identifizierst die erforderlichen Ressourcenbedarfe und kümmerst dich um ihre Bereitstellung und stellst die Einhaltung von Zeitplänen und Budgetvorgaben sicher.
  • Du implementierst Qualitätskontrollmechanismen zur Sicherung eines erfolgreichen GoLive.
  • Du hast ein Verständnis für technische Anforderungen, kennst dich mit modernen Technologien aus (bspw. im Cloud-Bereich) und hilfst bei der Lösungsfindung.
  • Du arbeitest in einem agilen Umfeld mit unseren Kolleginnen und Kollegen, sowie unseren fachlichen Stakeholdern zusammen. Darüber hinaus stimmst du dich mit anderen Kolleginnen und Kollegen des E.ON-Konzerns ab und fühlst dich auch im internationalen Umfeld wohl.

Ein Background, der überzeugt

  • Du hast einen Bachelor oder Master in der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Vergleichbares.
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Daten- und Systemmigrationen.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und in Migrationsstrategien.
  • Du bist als Projektmanager zertifiziert und verfügst über mindestens drei Jahre Projektmanagementerfahrung.
  • Du kennst unterschiedlichen Projektmanagementmethoden, hast Erfahrungen in agilen und klassischen Projekten und ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Agile-Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Du weißt, wie technische Spezifikationen und Projektergebnisse dokumentiert werden.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
