Aufgaben

Du bist kommunikativ, hast ein Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse und möchtest aktiv zum Erfolg eines international agierenden Unternehmens beitragen? Dann starte bei uns als Local Sales Specialist und werde Teil eines engagierten Teams, das innovative Logistiklösungen für unsere Kunden entwickelt. Folgende Tätigkeiten erwarten Dich:

Kundeninteraktion:

  • Teilnahme an gemeinsamen Kundenbesuchen
  • Umsetzung der Verkaufsprozessschritte

Kommerzielle und operative Unterstützung:

  • Direkte Unterstützung interner und externer Steakholder
  • Unterstützung während der Implementierungsphase in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kundenbetreuer/Implementation Manager
  • Aktive Begleitung von Testsendungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Customer Service
  • Vorbereitung und Koordination von Kundenangeboten
  • Nachverfolgung und Aktualisierung von Verträgen, Tarifen und Preistabellen
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Vorbereitung von Meetings

Datenmanagement und Prozesspflege:

  • Sicherstellen regelmäßiger, zeitnaher und vollständiger Updates im CRM-System
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Account Development Plans
Profil
  • Berufserfahrung im Inside Sales oder einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Logistik- oder Dienstleistungsbereich
  • Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von CRM-Systemen, vorzugsweise Salesforce
  • Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Auge fürs Detail
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und weiteren digitalen Tools
