Telepaxx Medical Data bietet Krankenhäusern und Ärzten datenschutzkonforme, schnell integrierbare Software-as-a-Service-Lösungen aus der Cloud - zugeschnitten auf den Bedarf bildgebender Fachbereiche wie der Radiologie, Orthopädie, Kardiologie oder Gynäkologie. Für unsere weitere Wachstumsstory suchen wir ab sofort einen Head of Operations, der als Teil des Management-Teams unsere operativen Units fachlich wie disziplinarisch leitet.

Aufgaben

Telepaxx betreibt die größte Gesundheitsdaten-Cloud in Deutschland und managt über 25 Milliarden Bilddaten für Kunden aus dem Gesundheitswesen. Unser Ziel ist es, gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden die Digitalisierung in Kliniken und Radiologien voranzutreiben sowie datenbasierte Technologien und Services im Gesundheitswesen zu etablieren.

Als Head of Operations sind Sie verantwortlich für unsere operativen Teams und stellen darüber hinaus unsere Prozesse für unser zukünftiges Wachstum erfolgreich auf. Sie verantworten und leiten unsere Operations-Units wie Engineering, Support und Rechenzentrum fachlich wie disziplinarisch:

  • Sie entwickeln und implementieren Prozesse und Strukturen, die unsere Kundenorientierung verbessern, ungenutzte Potenziale erschließen und im Rahmen unserer Wachstumsstory schnell skalierbar sind (z.B. beim Erschließen neuer Marktsegmente/ Märkte)
  • Sie sorgen dafür, dass unsere Produkte und Services im Tagesgeschäft reibungslos funktionieren und unterstützen die Produktentwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsbereich/CTO
  • Sie verantworten und leiten unsere Zertifizierungsprojekte (z.B. ISO 27001, C5-Testat) und managen dafür sowohl den internen Prozess, involvierte Kollegen als auch externe Agenturen
  • Sie engagieren sich bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Landschaft und setzen neue gesetzliche Anforderungen für den Operations-Bereich erfolgreich um
  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner bei der Realisierung neuer Kundenprojekte und managen diese in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Team
  • Sie arbeiten cross-funktional (z.B. mit Qualitätsmanagement und Sales) und beeinflussen unsere Markt- und Unternehmensstrategie durch Ihre Arbeit
  • Sie sind maßgeblich für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung des Teams verantwortlich (z.B. Interviews) und planen die Geschäftsentwicklung gemeinsam mit dem Management-Team
  • Sie unterstützen den Aufbau neuer Geschäftsfelder in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management-Team (z.B. Data Business)
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
  • Interesse an medizinischen Themen
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in einer Beratung, in der Industrie oder einem Start-up
  • Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken sowie ein positives Mindset
  • Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (v.a. Excel) sowie eine hohe Affinität zu IT-Anwendungen und Interesse an der Gesundheitsbranche
  • Reisebereitschaft zu Terminen außerhalb Münchens
