We are looking for a Director Business Partner IT (m/f/d) forour Continental Europe and Northern Europe & Israel regions.As Director Business Partner IT, you will be responsiblefor overseeing all IT initiatives and activities within yourassigned region. This includes managing local IT delivery,demand management, portfolio management and projectsites.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the regional IT team, including IT DemandManager,s IT Service Managers, IT Project Managers and IT SiteManagers
  • Coordinate with the Regional Service Manager to overseeexternal vendors and ensure optimal performance of regionalservices
  • Implement corporateIT strategies and communicationswithin the region, drivingalignment between IT andbusiness objectives
  • Monitor and report on service levels and other performancemetrics within the region to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Define and implement policies and procedures to ensureregional IT operations comply with Corporate IT, regulatory andsecurity requirements
  • Manage the relationship between business and IT, consultthe business in regards to IT business architecture and createa common IT portfolio and road map planning
  • Represent regional interests in interactions with ITmanagers from other regions, advocating for local demands andportfolio priorities.
  • Collaborate with Corporate IT Infrastructure, Applications,Security, and other relevant departments to align regional IToperations with overarching strategies
Show your expertise
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in InformationTechnology, Computer Scienceor related field
  • Provenexperience as an IT Manager in dynamic,change-driven international environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate andmanage a diverse team
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to collaborate effectively acrossteams and influence stakeholders at all levels of theorganisation
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT initiativeswith broader business objectives
  • Proficiency in German expected, Englishlanguageskills preferred
