Du bist aufgeschlossen, eigenverantwortlich und ein Experte auf deinem Gebiet. Du möchte st in der Fintech-Branche arbeiten und d ich unserem Team anschließen, um zum Wachstum des Unternehmens beizutragen. Du arbeitest selbstständig und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und eigene Projekte.

Deine Rolle:
  • Du wirst direkt mit den Gründungspartnern zusammenarbeiten, die aus Branchenexperten mit zusammen mehr als 100 Jahren Erfahrung in den Bereichen bestehen, die den Kern unserer Arbeit ausmachen: Kapitalmärkte, Portfoliomanagement, Bankrecht, Softwareentwicklung und maschinelles Lernen.
  • Du leitest und beaufsichtigst alle Aspekte des Finanz- und Rechnungswesens des Unternehmens.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau des Finanzcontrollings des Unternehmens und kümmerst dich um Steuern, Gebühren und Ähnliches.
  • Du ermittelst Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten und beteiligend dich an diesen, indem Du dich an Banken und Risikokapitalgeber wendest.
  • Du wirst auch dafür verantwortlich sein, die künftige finanzielle Gesundheit des Unternehmens im Auge zu behalten, die Kosten für verschiedene Projekte und den Kapitalbedarf für die kommenden Monate usw. zu prognostizieren.
Dein Profil:
  • Idealerweise >5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position.
  • Ein Bachelor-Abschluss in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder angrenzenden Bereichen ist ein Muss; ein Master-Abschluss wäre von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, sich auf allen Ebenen der Organisation zurechtzufinden.
  • Ausgeprägtes kreatives und strategisches Denken, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, innerhalb eines begrenzten Zeitraums Analysen durchzuführen und Entscheidungen zu treffen.
  • hohes Maß an Integrität und Selbstständigkeit mit ausgeprägtem Sinn für Dringlichkeit und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Fließendes Englisch ist erforderlich; fließendes Deutsch ist von Vorteil.
