We ask for your patience, as it may take us a few weeks to come back to you. In this role, you will be responsible for: Playing an active role in shaping our innovative company. You are our success Come join our team of service engineers and technicians who will actively support you at every step, especially during the onboarding phase. Your responsibilities in general are: • Carrying out maintenance, repairs, fault analyses, upgrades, and installations of new equipment at our customers' sites in order to achieve optimum customer care and to ensure professional and timely troubleshooting • Supporting customers on possible services and assisting with application problems via telephone support in assigned area • Work closely with sales staff for their general support or to assist in individual cases - depending on capacity (e.g., during installations and training, setting up equipment for demonstration purposes, at trade fairs, etc.) • Work primarily in the field and have close contact with your team colleagues and the sales team What we are looking for: • Completed technical training, preferably in medical technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar • You are interested in life science/diagnostic applications • Preferably you have practical experience, external service experience would be an advantage • Good written and spoken English and German skills • High willingness to travel / day trips with occasional overnight stays in assigned area / valid drivers license When you join us, you’ll also be joining Danaher’s global organization, where 80,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
