We look forsolutions driven application specialist individuals with a passionfor science and innovation. Inthis role, you will be responsiblefor:

You areour success Come join our team of service engineers andtechnicians who will actively support you at every step, especiallyduring the onboardingphase.

Yourresponsibilities in generalare:

  • Carryingout maintenance, repairs, fault analyses, upgrades, andinstallations of new equipment at our customers' sites in order toachieve optimum customer care and to ensure professional and timelytroubleshooting
  • Supporting customerson possible services and assisting with application problems viatelephone support in assignedarea
  • Work closely withsales staff for their general support or to assist in individualcases - depending on capacity (e.g., during installations andtraining, setting up equipment for demonstration purposes, at tradefairs, etc.)
  • Workprimarily in the field and have close contact with your teamcolleagues and the salesteam

Whatwe are looking for:

  • Completedtechnicaltraining,preferably inmedicaltechnology,mechatronics,electricalengineering,orsimilar
  • Youareinterested inlifescience/diagnosticapplications
  • Preferablyyouhavepracticalexperience,external serviceexperiencewouldbe anadvantage
  • Goodwritten andspoken English and Germanskills
  • Highwillingnesstotravel /daytripswithoccasionalovernightstays inassignedarea/ validdriverslicense
