Im Zuge einer Nachfolge suchen wir für unser Sales-Team am Standort Hamburg-Bahrenfeld in Vollzeit eine/n motivierte/n und einsatzfreudige/n
Manager*in International Business Development - EU & weltweit (m/w/d)
Key Account Management und Entwicklung der Distributoren im EU-Ausland sowie weltweit, elektronisch sowie auch bei persönlichen Besuchen (EU).
Analyse & Auswertung aller relevanten Kundenkennzahlen im Warenwirtschaftssystem (SOG ERP) sowie Analysetools wie PowerBI. Ableitung und Umsetzung passender Maßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung des Geschäfts im jeweiligen Land.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung Export in strategischen Themen sowie mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst in operativen Kundenthemen.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf und Marketing bei der Umsetzung von Kundenanliegen und OEM-Projekten.
BWL-Studium mit Sales Schwerpunkt, erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Groß- und Außenhandel) oder vergleich-bare Ausbildung im Sales-Umfeld.
im Bereich Export, mit mind. Mittlere Reisebereitschaft - Messeteilnahmen & Kundenbesuche.
Kommunikationsgeschick und Empathie - du hast ein gutes Gespür für die Bedürfnisse deiner Kunden und sorgst intern durch transparente, offene Kommunikation für deren reibungslose Umsetzung & Abwicklung.
Du verstehst dich intern als Teamplayer - bei uns betreuen Vertrieb und der Vertriebsinnen-dienst gemeinsam die Kunden, wir arbeiten partnerschaftlich und auf Augenhöhe zusammen und stehen in engem Austausch.
Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift), zusätzliche Kenntnisse in Französisch und/oder Spanisch oder weiteren Sprachen von Vorteil.
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen sowie die Bereitschaft sich ggf. in unser Warenwirtschaftssystem und weitere Analyse- oder Kundentools einzuarbeiten.
