You identify growth opportunities by leveraging existing knowledge, proactive market analysis, teaming with existing resources, modern tools and training
Co-developing sales strategy and ensuring its implementation is part of your responsibility as well as result and budget for your sales area
Working target oriented and selforganized in a fast-paced environment, part of an international, diverse team with common goals
Passion for sales and several years of experience in pool business or comparable industries
Broad experience in activating various sales channels (direct/indirect/digital)
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
Ability to work as a self-organized team player in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment
