Head of Casualty EMEA We have the following job opportunity in our Zurich, Paris or Munich office: Description We are looking for our Head of Casualty EMEA (Treaty Reinsurance). This is a newly created role to consolidate the EMEA underwriting team and contribute strongly to our ambition for the Europe/MEA region. The role reports into the President of EMEA and offers a great opportunity to play an active and instrumental role in realizing our regional strategic vision. Your main responsibilities Underwrite and proactively manage the EMEA Casualty portfolio. Set and execute vision/strategy for the Product in EMEA. Source accretive business and enhance portfolio diversification. Enhance profitability and portfolio metrics. Inspire and mentor Underwriters. Partner with Global Product Heads and regional peers (e.g. Head of Property EMEA, Country Managers). Your profile Minimum 10-year experience in a Senior Casualty Underwriting role (Europe). Strong profitability and portfolio management track record across the re/insurance cycle. Strong expertise across all European Casualty classes (e.g. MTPL, GTPL, PI, Financial Lines, Cyber). Superior leadership, communication and negotiating skills. Clear thinking, intellectual curiosity, and agility. Fluent in English, German and/or French. Interested in applying for this role?
