Abteilungsleitung Enterprise Support Systems (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d)

Stellenbeschreibung

Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines Target Operating Models hinsichtlich Planung/Entwicklung/Betrieb von SAP/ERP

Verantwortung für die proaktive Beratung, Aufnahme, Evaluation und Umsetzung von IT-Anforderungen in unseren SAP-Systemen

Verantwortung für interne Fachbereiche / Kund*innen und Schnittstelle zu unseren Dienstleistern

Prioritätensetzung zur Weiterentwicklung und zum Betrieb der IT-Services sowie von externen Unterstützungsleistungen unter Berücksichtigung der Applikationsstrategie / -Roadmap

Planung, Beschaffung und Steuerung der notwendigen Personalressourcen und IT-Budgets

Neugestaltung von Geschäftsprozessen in der künftigen SAP-Landschaft durch Migration auf S/4HANA

Übernahme der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung eines erfahrenen Teams von derzeit 3 Mitarbeiter*innen

Weiterentwicklung des SAP Teams zu einem ganzheitlichen Competence Centers sowie Aufbau weiterer Ressourcen entlang der Wachstumsstrategie

Qualifikationen

Wirtschafts-Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

Ausgeprägtes Telko Prozessverständnis (End-to-End)

Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Management von SAP Systemen

Erfahrung in der Einführung und Transformation von SAP S/4 Hana

Ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis in Bezug auf IT-Architekturen, Softwarelösungen und IT-Infrastruktur, idealerweise auf den SAP-Plattformen

Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationskompetenz

Durchsetzungs- und Organisationsstärke
