Disziplinarisch verantwortlich für aktuell 75 Mitarbeiter in einem „Premium-Projekt“: einem exklusiven Telematik Projekt eines deutschen Automobilherstellers
~ Sicherstellung des erfolgreichen operativen Betriebes des Projektes mit einem multinationalen & multilingualen Team
~Leitung, Motivation und Inspiration des gesamten Teams, damit alle weiterhin mit Spaß und Leichtigkeit sehr gute Leistungen erzielen
~Verantwortung für eine effiziente Planung und Steuerung der Abteilung sowie deren Wirtschaftlichkeit
~Sie sorgen dafür, dass es weiterhin ein ausgezeichnetes partnerschaftliches Verhältnis mit dem Kunden gibt und dieser hochzufrieden ist mit den Prozessen, Ergebnissen und dem Kundenservice
~ Übernahme und Unterstützung von Projekten
~Unterstützung der Führungskräfte bei Mitarbeitergesprächen
~Absprachen und Zielvereinbarungen mit den Teamleitern und deren Teams
~ Studium oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
~Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Contact Center / Call Center
~Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Qualitäts-, Projekt- und Prozessmanagement
~Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
~Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
