Aktuell suchen wir einenCustomer Success Engineer / Service Ingenieur (m/w/d)Folgende Herausforderungen erwarten Dich:Sei der Dienstleister und Lösungsanbieter für unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden: Nimm unsere Systeme vor Ort in Betrieb und schule das Personal, vor Ort und/oder virtuell.Entwickle ein Verständnis für die Herausforderungen unserer Kunden: Gemeinsam mit unseren Vertriebs- und F&E-Teams erarbeitest Du Lösungen, die unseren Kunden helfen, ihre Produktionsprozesse zu verbessern.Trag zur Gesamtstrategie und zum Erfolg des Unternehmens bei, indem Du Augen und Ohren offenhältst und mit Deinem Know-how die Grundlage für Folgeverkäufe im Sales legst.Das wünschen wir uns von DirEin abgeschlossenes elektrotechnisches Studium oder vergleichbare QualifikationTechnisches Know-how, eine pragmatische und praktische Herangehensweise gepaart mit handwerklichem GeschickLust auf internationalen Kundenkontakt, digital, telefonisch und vor Ort Geschäftsorientiertes Denken mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung und positiver "Can-do"-Einstellung sowie mit der Fähigkeit, an mehreren Projekten parallel zu arbeitenÜberzeugung, dass moderne CRM-Tools, wie z.B.
