Senior Consulting Manager [Automotive & Sustainability]

Next Ventures are partnered with a multiple Award-Winning boutique Strategy & Management Consultancy based in Munich, that specialises in Consulting on Sustainability Projects within the Automotive & Mobility sector. As a business they are committed to driving positive change in the industry by providing innovative and sustainable solutions for their clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is deeply fascinated about enacting positive change within the Mobility sector. If you love getting into "the weeds" of projects, mentoring & developing your team, and having a significant impact with your clients. We'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive sustainability initiatives within the Automotive & Mobility sector.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that address client needs and objectives.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and contributing to proposal development.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to sustainability, automotive, and mobility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, with a focus on the Automotive & Mobility sector.
  • Proven expertise in Mobility, Automotive, or Sustainability, with a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and mentoring teams of consultants.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving positive change and making an impact.
  • Fluency in German, and English (Both Written & Speaking).
