The VCA team provides a comprehensive range of consulting services and data solutions to our clients that address unique challenges in wide range of card business such as strategic growth,digital & product strategy and card life cycle management.
We are currently looking for a Consulting Manger in Madrid to support and deliver projects for Visa clients and play a role in developing high impact projects Visa’s Global clients in Europe and Latin America.
The Strategy Consulting Manager will be in charge of managing a team of consultants.
and deliver Payment Strategy projects for Global Clients, primarily in Spain and Lan America, being based in Madrid.
Responsible for delivering and implementing projects and solutions with Spanish Financial Institutions / Issuing Banks who have a global footprint, the role will be in charge to work alongside Visa’s clients on pivotal initiatives that promote sustainable and profitable growth.
This is hybrid role and client-facing in nature, that will be required to frequently visit and spend the majority of the work hours with designated clients, within and beyond the projects.
Partner with peers in other functional areas (marketing, sales, risk, innovation) and across global regional teams to complete projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources.

Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. 1-3 years of experience in strategy consulting at a tier-one boutiques or an internalstrategy department within a retail or commercial bank.
~ Financial Services experience, preferably on retail banking, credit risk management,
~ Experience leading small teams of consultants and working on-site with clients
~ Project experience in a digital and technology-driven environment
