Du übernimmst die operativen Prozesse im Finance-Bereich, wie beispielsweise die Rechnungsstellung und die Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs
Du koordinierst und steuerst bereichsübergreifenden Aktivitäten und Projekten
der Durchführung von Zahlläufen (in SAP R/3)
Du bearbeitest Geschäftsvorfälle gemäß den Grundsätzen ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung (GoB) und den Bewirtschaftungs- und Buchungsgrundsätzen der MPG für die Bereiche Bau, Betrieb und Instandhaltung
Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Buchhalter (m/w/d), Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Bürokauffrau (m/w/d) mit fundierten Kenntnissen in der Buchhaltung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Du besitzt mindestens 2-jährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, möglichst in einer Forschungs- oder öffentlich finanzierten Einrichtung
Du punktest mit Hard-Skills im Steuer- und Handelsrecht sowie idealerweise auch im öffentlichen Haushaltsrecht
Du hast fundierte Skills in SAP R/3, der digitalen Rechnungsverarbeitung und MS Office
Du überzeugst durch Deine Deutschkenntnisse im muttersprachlichen Niveau sowie Deinen guten Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift
