Aufgaben
  • Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB/IFRS/US-GAAP
  • Responsible for controlling related tasks (e.g. implementation of variance analyses)
  • Monitoring of business processes in the company
  • Inter-company reconciliations
  • Processing accounts payable/receivable
  • Handling of VAT pre-registration
  • Overseeing receivables management
  • Reconciliation of accounts

  • Several years of job experience in a comparable position, preferably in a medium-sized company or corporate group
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or comparable, preferably with a specialization in controlling / accounting
  • Knowledge of business administration, accounting, financial planning
  • Knowledge in HGB, of VAT law as well as IFRS and/or US-GAAP
  • Experience in international consolidation and currency issues
  • Strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers
  • Independent and proactive way of working as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Experience in working with ERP systems, ideally MS-Navision
