Du arbeitest mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Anwendungen den Geschäftsanforderungen entsprechen und mit hohen Verfügbarkeits- und Leistungsstandards geliefert werden
Koordiniere mit IT-Supportteams, um eine zeitnahe Behebung von Vorfällen und die Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen sicherzustellen
Koordiniere mit Lieferanten und externen Dienstleistern für die Unterstützung und Wartung von Anwendungen von Drittanbietern
Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Informationstechnologie, Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich verfügst über mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Anwendungsmanagement
Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis des operativen Lebenszyklus von Software und der Prinzipien des IT-Service-Managements
Du bringst Erfahrung mit Anwendungsüberwachungstools und Incident-Management-Systemen mit und besitzt ausgezeichnete Organisationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben und Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen
Du kennst dich aus mit IT-Infrastrukturkomponenten und ihrer Interaktion mit Softwareanwendungen aus
Idealerweise kannst du zudem Erfahrungen mit Cloud-Services und dem Management von SaaS-Anwendungen vorweisen
