Möchtest du Teil eines aufstrebenden Social Media-Startups sein?
Wir sind ein 12-köpfiges Team mit einem Durchschnittsalter von 25 Jahren und helfen täglich rund 100 Restaurants in ganz Deutschland, durch gezieltes Instagram-, Facebook- und TikTok-Marketing mehr lokale Sichtbarkeit und eine gezielte Zielgruppenansprache zu erreichen. Du übernimmst das Onboarding und die eigenständige Kommunikation mit neuen Kund:innen
Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Teams zusammen, insbesondere mit dem Marketing- und Vertriebsteam, um eine nahtlose Kundenbetreuung zu gewährleisten.
Du solltest derzeit im Masterstudium sein und auf der Suche nach einem Pflichtpraktikum sein. (INFO: Diese Position bietet die Chance auf eine Übernahme in einer Festanstellung)
Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Success Management und Social Media Marketing gesammelt.
Du bist in der Lage, selbständig zu arbeiten und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben.
Es ist von Vorteil, wenn du bereits einmal ein kleines Team von Werkstudenten und Praktikanten angeleitet hast.
