We've got big plans in store and to achieve them we're looking to welcome aboard two additional co-founders:Co-founder (Business Development) (German speaking)
Co-founder (CTO / CPO / CIO / Lead Engineer) If you're looking for an opportunity to work with genuinely cutting-edge technology, create innovative products and shape industry standards, this may be your thing We’re seeking co-founders that: - Are passionate about technology and interested in cutting edge tech.
- Have prior (co-)founder experience or experience in a leadership role in a previous startup or similar environment.
- Have a strong sense for and understanding of business.
- Are fast learners, resilient and adaptable. Highly self-driven, self-motivated and proactive in outlook. Thrives working in and leading teams.
- Have a strong personality with diverse facets and good communication skills.
- Are execution oriented. Appreciate the importance of goals, milestones and deadlines. Are both big picture thinkers and also have a strong drive to deliver.
- Our current co-founder team are in our mid-30s and have had previous careers. We’re similarly looking for co-founders that bring rich life experience.
- Willing to bootstrap a company until the next funding round. Working style: - Remote working (with regular meetups in Berlin)
- Working time zone is CEST.

- Responsible for leading and driving the delivery of core components and infrastructure of the product.
- Responsible for helping scout talent and grow our technical team.
- Must have hands-on-coding skills and familiarity with: Typescript, React(-native), Java/Clojure
- Critical skills: Interest and/or understanding of cryptography and decentralised systems; Experience with deploying and delivering modern web applications (AWS, Docker, CI/CD); Comfortable with explaining complex technical concepts simply; Experienced with hiring and leading teams of developers; Creative / out of the box thinker and problem solver. Domi is Europe’s first digital passport designed to simplify the rental application and tenant selection process for both property managers and tenants. Using next-generation digital identity technology, we are establishing a universal, simple and privacy preserving way to exchange verified rental data without needing to share sensitive paperwork.
