Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a CEO & Co-Founder ideally based in Berlin who is strategic, dynamic, and innovative. You will partner with an exceptional tech founder to elevate our company. Your mission will be to navigate the company’s evolution into a leader among AI enterprises serving the European industrial sector. This role demands a blend of profound implementation skills and rich experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a deep interest in industry challenges and digital transformation.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive and a commitment to making a substantial impact.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of industry-specific customer needs.
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven experience in SaaS and service business models.
  • Drive growth strategies, and build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Embrace shared responsibility in fostering an open, collaborative team culture.
  • Skillful in pitching and securing funding for tech ventures.
  • Leverage understanding of deep tech and B2B solutions to expand into an AI-driven product suite.
