Sachbearbeiter Kundenservice m/w/d
Wir sind ein junges Unternehmen, das aktiv seinen Weg geht. mit Ihren Kollegen (m/w/d) aktiv an der Entwicklung und Etablierung von Prozessen im Kundenservice mitzuwirken und diese zu verantworten sowie kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
sich in die komplette, spannende Vielfalt des operativen Tagesgeschäfts im Kundenservice einzuarbeiten
die Qualität der Stammdaten unserer Kunden in unseren Verarbeitungssystemen sicherzustellen und stetig zu verbessern
neugierig, haben eine kaufmännische oder ähnliche Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und haben Lust sich mit Prozessen im Kundenservice auseinanderzusetzen
dienstleistungsorientiert und verstehen die Bedeutung der Kundenzufriedenheit – intern wie extern
geübt im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen und freuen sich auf neue Tools und Programme, die Sie für Ihr Aufgabenfeld im Kundenservice benötigen
