Für den Standort im Großraum Oldenburg/Bremen suchen wir Dich als Senior Associate IT Infrastructure (m/w/d)
Aljo ist ein Familienunternehmen in zweiter Generation aus dem Bereich Aluminiumverarbeitung mit 320 Beschäftigten und einem Umsatz von ca. Es besteht aus den Geschäftsbereichen Automotive, Aerospace sowie Marine Technologies und baut seit über 50 Jahren innovative Leichtbau-Lösungen.
Du administrierst und verbesserst unsere bestehende IT-Infrastruktur und bist Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen rund um Hard- und Software, insbesondere beim Device Management
Du übernimmst die eigenständige Leitung, das Management und die Koordination von internen IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten zur Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Applikationslandschaft
In unserem IT-Serviceprozess kümmerst du dich im 1st und 2nd Level um technische Support-Anfragen, koordinierst diese und unterstützt bei der Lösung
Du führst Fehleranalysen und -behebungen an der IT-Infrastruktur sowie den Endgeräten durch und entwickelst Optimierungsansätze
Du erstellst technische Konzepte, pflegst Dokumentationen und unterstützt beim Wissensaufbau und -management
Du hast ein Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung. Auch IT-affine Quereinsteiger mit relevanter Berufsqualifikation sind gerne gesehen.

Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrungen im IT Support-, Incident- und Problemmanagement
