Erweiterung der Integration von ESG-Risiken in das Risikocontrolling/-management-Rahmenwerk
Strategischer und operativer Aufbau einer CSRD-bezogenen Berichterstattung (mit Unterstützung der Fachbereiche)
Weiterentwicklung des ESG-Risikocontrollings/-managements sowie der Methoden und der Modelle zur Quantifizierung von ESG-Risiken
Übernahme der Koordination relevanter Projekte für die Risikocontrolling-Funktion und aktive Mitarbeit in gruppenübergreifenden Projekten

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang (z.B. MBA, FRM) - vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Risikomanagement, Bankwesen, Nachhaltigkeit oder Sustainable Finance
Idealerweise mit Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion in einer Bank oder in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungs-/Beratungsgesellschaft oder mit Zusatzqualifikationen im Bereich ESG
Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Datenstrukturen und -banken sowie umfassende Erfahrung in Datenaufbereitung und -analyse
Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere mit Excel und Word
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen und/oder französischen Sprache
