Leiter*in Kommunikation und Markenpolitik
Sie verantworten strategisch und konzeptionell die Kommunikation des Verbandes mit seinen neun Caritas-Regionen und der Geschäftsstelle
Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team entwickeln Sie geeignete übergreifende Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und koordinieren diese
Sie haben die fachliche und personelle Führungsverantwortung für ein diverses Team von vier spezialisierten Mitarbeitenden
Sie haben mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der strategischen Kommunikation, idealerweise in den Bereichen Public Affairs, Campaigning, Onlinekommunikation und Marketing in einer NGO
Sie besitzen ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und sind in der Lage, kreative Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln und andere inhaltlich mitzunehmen
