IT Produktmanager (m/w/d) Salesforce CRM
Im Bereich IT-Produktmanagement Vertriebstechnologie suchen wir einen IT-Produktmanager (m/w/d) für unsere Anwendungen im Bereich CRM, der/die den Wandel in Richtung Standard-Lösungen (insb. Salesforce) und eigenentwickelter Cloud-/Web-Applikationen aktiv vorantreibt.
Du unterstützt den CRM-Product-Management-Lead und verantwor­test die Einführung, Betreuung und nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung von Salesforce Funktionen im Rahmen der CRM-Gesamtstrategie, in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ent­wicklungsteam, UX-Design und Support-Teams.
Du wirkst bei der strategischen Ausrichtung mit, analysierst, konzeptionierst und priorisierst Anforderungen für die optimale Verwendung von Salesforce und die Integration mit anderen Systemen.
Du managst und gestaltest deine IT-Produkte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg, von der Idee bis zum Go-live und verbindest dabei Business, Technologie und User Experience.
Gemeinsam mit den crossfunktio­nalen Teams schaffst du ein opti­males Nutzererlebnis, begeisterst unsere Anwender mit neuen Funktionen und überzeugst nach­haltig mit unseren IT-Produkten.
Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss (IT oder Betriebswirtschaft) oder kannst eine vergleichbare Quali­fikation vorweisen.
Du weist mehrjährige Berufs­erfahrung mit Salesforce oder anderen CRM-Systemen in der Rolle als IT-Produktmanager, Product Owner, CRM-Projektleiter oder als CRM-Systemadministrator auf.
Wenn Du eine Salesforce-Zerti­fizierung mitbringst, wäre dies ideal.
