EventPros provides professional event staffing and logistics support for major trade shows and conventions. As part of our Event Support Team, you’ll help exhibitors set up booths, manage logistics, and interact with visitors during high-profile events in Cologne and across Germany.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, transport, and maintain booth equipment and displays.
- Manage on-site logistics, visitor guidance, and registration systems.
- Provide customer-facing assistance with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Support teardown and safe packing after each event.
- Ensure branding, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
- On-demand schedule based on event availability.
- Team-based on-site collaboration with professional event staff.
- Paid training for first-time team members.
- Friendly and service-oriented demeanor.
- Basic English and fluent German communication.
- Reliability and punctuality required.
- Prior event experience helpful but not mandatory.
Hourly rate depending on event size and responsibility, with travel expense coverage.
