CREATIVE PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

Aufgaben- Work with our team to translate the KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and influencer strategy into creative, KPI-driven activation & communication concepts, ensuring alignment with the overarching brand strategy
- Lead the development and expansion of our KOL and Influencer network, staying on top of trends in and research what’s hot and what’s not in the music, fashion, art, design, tech, gaming .... Basically any driving cultural shifts and capturing the attention of like-minded communities
- Support the ideation, organization and execution of tailored (networking) activities around campaigns, including KOL influencer events and product launches
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across project management, strategy and creative as well as with external creative specialist to push and bring forward-thinking partnerships to life
- Consult clients on trends, creative mechanisms and those cultural figures who shape the tomorrow
- Engage with KOLs/influencers to discuss projects, creative partnerships and any other bold initiatives that come to mind or that you dream up
- Managing and coordinating KOL & influencer collaborations, building strong
communication channels and managing external partners like agencies and
KOL/influencer management will be key part of your daily responsibilities
- You hold a degree in communication, media, journalism or fashion or a comparable
educational background - In addition, you bring 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position in a similar environment, e.g. at a branded company, fashion & lifestyle industry or similar
- You have a solid knowledge and expertise in the areas of KOL/influencer marketing, public/brand relations and social media
- You know what is important when working with KOL/influencers and, at best, have your own existing influencer network
- You have a strong interest in and feel for fashion, lifestyle and trend topics and are always on the pulse of what is new and exciting
- A strategic, proactive and independent way of working is second nature to you
- A passion and curiosity for discovering new ideas, places, marketing mechanics and cultural pioneers – and building connections across it all
- A drive to push the boundaries of what’s possible in marketing and brand partnerships
- Confidence to develop, present and sell your ideas to everyone who needs convincing
- Play nicely with others: be nice & fair to everyone we work with
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills round up your profile
