- Als HR Specialist dreht sich in Ihrem neuen Job alles rund um die personalwirtschaftliche Betreuung eines festgelegten Mitarbeiterkreises vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
- Hierbei gehören neben der Erstellung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung die Bearbeitung aller administrativen vor- und nachgelagerten Tätigkeiten der Abrechnung sowie die Zeitwirtschaft und die Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten zu Ihren Aufgaben
- Die Erstellung von Bescheinigungen sowie Auswertungen und Statistiken liegen in Ihren Händen
- Darüber hinaus sind Sie die zuverlässige Ansprechperson für Mitarbeiter, Behörden, Krankenkassen, Ämter und Sozialversicherungsträger
- Das Mitwirken bei der Einführung und Umsetzung von neuen Projekten im Personalbereich rundet Ihr spannendes Aufgabengebiet ab
- Ihre kaufmännische Ausbildung mit personalfachlicher Weiterbildung (z.B. Personalfachkauffrau/-mann oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal) haben Sie erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Zusätzlich verfügen Sie über eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits mit P&I-LOGA abgerechnet und bringen fundierte Kenntnisse im Tarif-, Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht mit
- Ihre sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise kombinieren Sie mit Zuverlässigkeit und einem klaren Servicegedanken
- Leistungs- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Diskretion und Loyalität runden Ihr Profil ab
