Teamleader Solution and Application Engineering (m/w/d)

Climate Control Systems, Renningen bei Stuttgart

Ihre Herausforderung:

  • Planung und Durchführung von globalen Kundenprojekten für Thermomanagementlösungen.
  • Planung und Durchführung von speziellen Entwicklungs-, Applikations-, Qualitäts- und Kostenreduktionsprojekten bis zur Fertigungsreife.
  • Unterstützung der Key Accounts in der Akquisephase.
  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Kosten, Termine.
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams. Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen und Schnittstellen.
  • Technischer Support für Produktmanagement, Einkauf, Qualität und externe Stellen.
  • Koordinierung der Aktivitäten des Support Centers in Indien.
  • Globale Verantwortung (Competence Center) für Prozesse, Methoden und Standards.

Ihr Profil:

  • Technisches Studium, idealerweise Maschinenbau mit Schwerpunkt Kälte-/ Klimatechnik oder Mechatronik.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und Führung von Teams.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der stationären und/oder mobilen Klimatisierung inkl. Steuerung und Regelung und Elektrik (inkl. Hoch-Volt).
  • Gute Kenntnisse in 2D+3D CAD (ProE), E-Plan, Harness ProD und PDM / SAP.
  • Teamplayer mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent.
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch.
