Your Responsibilities

Join our team at cubemos as an Sustainability Consultant, and play a pivotal role in enhancing sustainability practices among SMEs across Europe. cubemos is dedicated to making ESG principles applicable and digitally implementable for every company. 

Join us in defining the future of sustainability management and become the most impactful sustainability expert for SMEs in the whole of Europe. In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Act as a driving force and work closely together with our customers, to enable them to reach their sustainability goals effectively and efficiently.
  • Facilitate on-site management workshops to determine double materiality of our clients.
  • Utilize your profound knowledge and experience, to define a standardized way to implement existing and upcoming ESG / CSRD policies. 
  • You create simple yet highly effective action plans for our customers to reach their individual sustainability goals.
  • As an ambassador for cubemos, you become the key opinion leader on cutting edge developments relating to ESG, Sustainability, EU regulations and action plans for companies.
Your Profile

  • Sie kennen sich bestens mit ESG-Regulierungen aus, ebenso wie mit Nachhaltigkeitsstandards und -anforderungen, die Unternehmen typischerweise erfüllen müssen, wie z.B.:
    • CSRD/ESRS
    • Klimabilanz (GHG-Protokoll)
    • CSDDD/LkSG und andere europäische Lieferketten Regularien
    • EU-Taxonomie
    • Weitere Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sie verstehen die Herausforderungen sowie die Chancen, denen KMUs im Hinblick auf die erforderlichen Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen gegenüberstehen.
  • Sie haben Freude daran, mit der Öffentlichkeit zu interagieren und Ihre Botschaft über verschiedene Kommunikationsmedien zu verbreiten.
  • Sie sind technikaffin und leidenschaftlich daran interessiert, dem Kunden auch eine digitale Lösungen zu liefern.
  • Sie besitzen eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise und finden Freude daran, auch pragmatische Lösungen für komplexe Probleme umzusetzen.
  • Sie sind ehrgeizig und streben nach Impact
  • Sie zeigen starke zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Sie genießen Geschäftsreisen und Vor-Ort-Treffen beim Kunden
  • Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sind für diese Position erforderlich.
  • Sie verfügen über umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung (+2 Jahre) als ESG-/Nachhaltigkeitsmanager:in oder aStrategische:r Unternehemnsberater:in.
