What you will do
Perform credit management and cash collection in the assigned area according to the Group Credit Policy in close collaboration with internal Shared Service Center Accounting (SSC), Customer Service, and Sales.
Collect sums owed by the customers and ensure that any differences in accounts receivablesEnsure accurate customer clearing in close collaboration with the internal Sales Support SpecialistsAdvise Customer Service in the creation and execution of credit and debit notesMonitor automatically sent dunning letters and ensure correct coordination with Customer Service, Sales, and customersEnsure Finance-related Customer Master Data is properly maintainedProactively trigger legal actions to resolve collection issuesAssess customer credit information using an external insurance and credit data provider, calculate customer credit limits, define risk category, and ensure correct approvalRelease blocked orders based on credit availability and overdue amount and ensure approval according to authorization catalogueAct according to the Group Credit PolicySupport accounts receivables related reporting on a monthly basisAlign on payment plans with customers and ensure internal approvalContinuously improve own area of responsibility and support related initiativesWhat you will need
Educational background in Business, Economics, or Finance3+ years of working experience in Accounting, Credit Management, or related areaExperience in working in multinational matrix organizationStrong service orientation and customer focusPersistent attitude and persuasive communication styleIndependent and reliable way of working with high attention to detailGood Excel skills and knowledge in MS-OfficeKnowledge of SAP FI or comparable ERP systemEasily adapting to change and ambiguityFluent in English written and spoken (B2 level or higher)Fluent in German written and spoken (B2 level or higher)Full- or part-time employment-
