Soon you will take over the leadership and motivation of an improvement team of about 2 people in the area of maintenance. In this role, you will also be responsible for improvement and change projects on machines as well as plants and actively work in the team. At the same time you have a moderator function for root cause analyses, problem descriptions, etc. In addition, you will be involved in projects of the Production Engineering department in the implementation of new machines as well as automation.

Completed engineering studies or completed training with further training as a state-certified technician. First management experience - alternatively you convince with your determined appearance TPM / WCOM knowledge as well as practical application of CIP methods Experience in the moderation of RCAs Knowledge in project management Hands on mentality, strong communication skills, flexibility and initiative Confident handling of MS Office applications (Word Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Good command of English and German, both written and spoken
