Projektmanagement. Du bist verantwortlich für die Leitung und Unterstützung strategischer Projekte innerhalb unserer drei Business Excellence-Säulen (internationale Expansion, interne Exzellenz und Managementunterstützung sowie Kommunikation). Neben der Projektdefinition und -organisation gehören zu deinen Aufgaben auch das regelmäßige Reporting des Umsetzungsfortschritts sowie die Koordination der vielzähligen Schnittstellen. Dabei stellst du die Qualität unserer Projektabläufe sicher, indem du einheitliche Standards etablierst - auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene. Zur Schaffung unternehmensweiter Transparenz unterstützt du bei der Entwicklung eines professionellen Projektmanagementsystems und stellst die nachhaltige Anwendung der zugehörigen Tools sicher.

Stakeholder Management. Als Teil des Business Excellence Teams übernimmst du eine Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Abteilungsleiter:innen, Geschäftsführer:innen und dem Top-Management von INVERTO und arbeitest eng mit diesen zusammen. Du berichtest und arbeitest direkt mit dem Head of Business Excellence zusammen.

Strategische Unternehmensentwicklung. Du erstellst qualitative und quantitative Analysen und bereitest entsprechende Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Fachbereiche und den Vorstand vor. Darüber hinaus unterstützt du bei der Ausarbeitung strategischer Themen und stellst mit deiner Expertise sicher, dass unsere Projekte für alle Beteiligten den größtmöglichen Nutzen erbringen.

VERY WICHTIG FÜR UNS.

Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften und bringst mindestens 5-7 Jahre Berufserfahrung aus einer anspruchsvollen Projektmanagementfunktion im Beratungsumfeld mit, in der du nicht nur operatives, sondern auch strategisches Know-how gewonnen hast.

Du bist Expert:in auf dem Gebiet des Projektmanagements und des strategischen Denkens und bist ein anspruchsvolles, internationales und dynamisches Umfeld gewohnt. 

Du verstehst ganzheitliche Prozesse und weißt strukturiert und systematisch zu handeln. Du willst deine analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten für die strategische Weiterentwicklung eines rasant wachsenden Unternehmens einsetzen und ein wichtiger Teil unserer Erfolgsstory sein.

Souveränes Auftreten im internationalen Umfeld , hervorragende Kommunkationsskills in Deutsch und Englisch, Flexibilität und Mobilität.
