Jr. GaN Epi Engineer

About this role

As an integral part of the GaN Epitaxy team, you will contribute, under the guidance of senior engineers and independently, to the process development and production of 200mm GaN-on-Si Epi wafers.

What you will do

Basic level process development for Epi and metrology process Main interface towards FAB in terms of operational communications, operations, trainings, etc Support and take main part of preparation of all documents for releasing the operation and processes on all processing tools in the GaN Epi process module Set up, maintain and execute none-standard process/process flows/characterizations for Epi R&D purpose

This is you

Bachelors or Masters degree in physics, material sciences, electric engineering or in a similar field Min. 3 years relevant experience, depending on educational credentials Basic understanding of semiconductor devices, epitaxial process and related characterization techniques Work experience in cleanroom (especially semiconductor production environment) is a plus Team player with a strong drive to achieve success Fluent in German and English Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing
