Mercedes-Benz Ludwigsfelde GmbH is a Mercedes-Benz AG company and the world's third largest Mercedes-Benz Group van plant. We are the only plant in Europe to manufacture the open-top Mercedes-Benz Sprinter model series. Our plant is located on the southern outskirts of Berlin and is very well connected to Berlin and the surrounding area via the highway and rail network. We currently employ around 2, people and stand for the highest level of technical and quality expertise.
These are some of the challenges you will face
Taking on tasks in the operational management of the workforce of the entire assembly department Support with the on-boarding of temporary workers (ANÜ) Preparation and organization of ANÜ qualifications Documentation of personnel processes (transfers, regrouping, etc.) Tracking of key personnel figures Support and participation in the preparation and implementation of optimization and efficiency workshops with stakeholders from other departments Creation of decision templates Taking on subtasks in the analysis, implementation and stabilization of processes Qualifikationen Degree in the field of (industrial) engineering or a comparable course of study Confident written and spoken German and English skills Very good knowledge of MS Office Careful way of working and prudent appearance High level of flexibility and commitment Ability to work independently Ability to work in a team and a high degree of reliabilityAdditional information:
