JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Director Brand & Product Management ESN (m/f/d) you lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth, brand awareness, and market share. Additionally, you actively oversee the product portfolio alignment with the brand strategy.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to achieve company objectives, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align new products with brand positioning and define go-to-market strategies.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Lead and mentor marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand expansion.
- Explore partnerships and collaborations to increase brand visibility and reach new audiences.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG industry, including global development and local activation.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies driving growth.
- Experience in product development, including consumer insights, concept creation, and go-to-market planning.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media platforms.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for sports, fitness, and wellness preferred.
- Fluency in English, German language skills are a plus.
