In enger Abstimmung und im Team mit dem DE Dropship Vendor Management Specialist unterstützt Du das Vendor Onboarding, Vendor Management und Exception Management und ermöglichst so ein gutes Drop Ship-Erlebnis für Kunden, Lieferanten und andere QVC-Abteilungen.

Deine To Do’s:

Unterstützung des Einkaufs in der DropShip-Lieferanten-Akquisition (Teilnahme an Lieferanten-Meetings zur Abstimmung der DropShip-Fähigkeiten des Lieferanten und unserer DropShip-Anforderungen) Abstimmung des Carrier Set Ups mit Lieferanten, QVC-internen Schnittstellen und ggf. dem Carrier ab und Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen und kosteneffizienten Abwicklung Koordination des Onboarding-Prozess für Lieferanten, einschließlich Briefings der Lieferanten zu unseren Anforderungen Sicherstellung der QVC-Prioritäten und -Zeitplänen in Übereinstimmung mit den Lieferanten, insbesondere auch bei QVC-Tagesangeboten Austausch mit den Lieferanten und Carriern, so dass Vendor Onboarding und Drop Ship-Exekution reibungslos funktionieren Überprüfung der Abwicklung der Lieferanten, um ein gutes Kundenerlebnis und Compliance sicherzustellen Kontinuierliche Verbesserung durch aktives Vendor Management der Fulfillment-Performance jedes Lieferanten Mitwirkung im Drop Ship Team und in Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren QVC-Abteilungen Erarbeitung von Lösungen für neue Anwendungsfälle, systematische Optimierungen, Prozess-Verbesserungen und Erweiterungen unserer Fähigkeiten Austausch mit dem internationalen Drop Ship Team zur Etablierung gemeinsamer Prinzipien, Prozesse und Standards aus

Deine Must Have’s:

abgeschlossene fachspezifische kfm. Berufsausbildung in einem Logistik-Unternehmen (idealerweise Speditionskaufmann) oder / (idealerweise) und abgeschlossenes Studium mit Logistik-Schwerpunkt 2- bis 4-jährige Berufserfahrung in logistischen Abläufen, Intra-, Distributions- und Reverselogistik gutes analytisches Denkvermögen stark ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse gute organisatorische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, insb. Erfahrung im Managen abteilungsübergreifender Aktivitäten Fähigkeit, Entscheidungen zu treffen, um die gewünschten Ergebnisse zu erzielen Fähigkeit, Analysen in Aktionspläne umzusetzen Engagement, die Kreativität und die Flexibilität, die weitere Entwicklung einer wachsenden Business Unit mitzugestalten Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind auf Muttersprach-Niveau fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
