Arbeitsplatzbeschreibung:
• Entwickeln, Pflegen, Weiterentwickeln und Dokumentieren eines QM-Systems, von QM-Zielen, Alarm- und Prüfplänen sowie Prüfabschnitten in Abstimmung mit den entsprechenden Fachabteilungen
• Durchführenvon Audits und Qualitätsprüfungen
• Verantwortlich für die Auswertung und das Ergreifen von korrigierenden Maßnahmen sowie pflegen und verwalten des Maßnahmen-Systems in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management.
• Durchführen und Auswerten von Prüfungen (Lebensmittelentnahmen) in Anlehnung an das HACCP/ ISO Konzept, Schwachstellenanalysen und Stufenprüfungen mit Unterstützung der Bereichsverantwortlichen
• Gewährleisten und Einhalten des HACCP/ ISO Konzepts gemäß den "Standard Operating Procedures" und deren Überarbeitung auf die Belange des Betriebes sowie Aktualisierung von Anweisungen.
• Einleiten, Durchsetzen und Koordinieren qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen
• Sicherstellen der Einhaltung der Vorgaben des Lebensmittel- und Hygienerechts.
• Vorantreiben der Implementierung des Business Management Systems
• Identifizieren und Erstellen monatlich aggregierter und betriebsspezifischer QM-Kennzahlen und Sicherstellen der fristgerechten Kommunikation
• Beraten von Betriebsleitung und Führungskräften im Rahmen des übertragenen Aufgabengebietes
• Überwachen und Sicherstellen von Unit Prozessen bei angelieferten Rohstoffen im Lebensmittelbereich für die Herstellung von Endprodukten
• Auswerten von Reklamationen (z.B. Cateringreports/FACs) zur Beseitigung der Fehlerursachen sowie ggf. Einleiten von Maßnahmen.
• Im Rahmen von Reklamationen auftretende Produktmängel ermitteln und Beheben von Schwachstellen. food poisening, hard- und soft foreign objekt
• Aufbau und Pflege eines internen Auditsystems (mit den Inhalten u.a. Prozessqualität, Hygiene, Lebensmittelsicherheit und behördliche Auflagen) sowie eines entsprechenden Monitoringsystems.
• Erstellen von Plänen und Listen zur Einhaltung von food-safety Regularien
• Koordinieren externer Dienstleister in Bezug auf die betrieblichen Anforderungen für Reinigung/Desinfektion/Schädlingsbekämpfung.
• Durchführen und Leiten von Qualitätsmeetings/Quality Councils
• Übernehmen von weiteren angemessenen Tätigkeiten gemäß Weisung der/des Vorgesetzten

Voraussetzungen:
• *Studium der Lebensmitteltechnologie oder Oecotrophologie oder akademisch vergleichbar
• Berufserfahrung in einem entsprechenden Aufgabengebiet wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse der aufgabenbezogenen Arbeitsabläufe, Regeln und Richtlinien
• *Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
• Einfühlungsvermögen, Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Planungs-, Koordinations- und Dispositionsvermögen
• Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
• Dienstreisebereitschaft und interkulturelle Kompetenz
• Verhandlungsgeschick, sicheres Auftreten und gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit
• Zahlenverständnis und Ergebnisorientierung
• Kenntnisse der arbeitsplatzbezogenen IT-Anwendungssysteme
