Aufgaben Unterstützen der Abteilungsleitung in operativen Tätigkeiten sowie Mitarbeiten an der strategischen und organisatorischen Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung Planen, Koordinieren sowie Vor- und Nachbereiten und Dokumentieren von Veranstaltungen und Erstellen von Präsentationen und Ähnlichem Führen von Projekten sowie Prüfen und Koordinieren des Projektfortschrittes durch das Projektteam, Erarbeiten und Festlegen von Projektzielen mit den Anfordernden sowie Erstellen und Abstimmen der Projekt-Charta mit dem Projektteam Laufende Aktualisierung der Projektpläne, Projektdokumentation sowie das Erstellen von Statusberichten  Durchführen regelmäßiger Reportings bspw. für das Management  Unterstützen der involvierten Fachbereiche bei der Aufnahme von Anforderungen und Change Requests Durchführen von Risikoanalysen und Entwickeln von Gegenmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen

Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossenes Studium (bspw. der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder technischer Studiengänge) Umfassende Kenntnisse der Prozesse und Systeme im TK-Umfeld, der Methoden im Projektmanagements, der unterstützenden Prozesse und der Best Practices Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Präsentations- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Vorgehensweise, analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Entscheidungs- und Handlungsbereitschaft auch bei unvollkommener Informationslage Sicheres Auftreten, ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit sowie hohe Eigenverantwortung und gute Selbstorganisation Umfangreiches technisches Verständnis und Begeisterung für die Umsetzung von Themen und Kundenanforderungen Reisebereitschaft Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Microsoft-Programmen (Power Point, Excel etc.)  Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Level C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
