Head of Finance

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Cash Management: Your success will be measured by maintaining credit lines amounting to 20% of the company's revenue, ensuring sufficient liquidity for trading and operational needs.
- Bankability: Success will be reflected in all relevant financing banks in renewable energy, storage, hydrogen, and HPC sectors accepting SEtrade as a trading partner, enabling them to offer attractive non-recourse financing to their clients.
- Joint Venture Partners: Success is defined by establishing financial structures, processes, and compliance requirements for newly formed joint ventures within a month of their creation.
- Reporting: Achieving timely compliance with statutory reporting obligations, providing accurate monthly progress reports, and specific power trading KPIs to various stakeholders.
- Equity Raising: Success is achieved by securing the necessary equity from investors to support the continued platform development, international expansion, and organic growth of SEtrade.
Requirements
- Financial Expertise: In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial markets, with at least 7 years of relevant experience and a proven track record.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align financial strategies with company goals, supported by at least 5 years of experience.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities to build and manage the finance team and collaborate with other departments, with at least 5 years of experience and demonstrated success.
- Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating financial terms and agreements, with a minimum of 3 years of experience and documented achievements.
- Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting, supported by at least 5 years of experience.
