Der Senior Financial Planning Analyst (m/w/d) ist ein wichtiges Mitglied des EMEA Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Teams, das das lokale und C-Level-Management unterstützt, einschließlich der Bewertung und Kommunikation der Finanzergebnisse der Gruppe. Diese Position berichtet an die EMEA FP&A-Director und bietet mehrere wichtige FP&A-Funktionen, darunter Umsatzanalyse, Budgetierung und Prognose, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, Managementberichterstattung, Abweichungsanalyse und bietet funktionsübergreifende Unterstützung im gesamten Unternehmen.

Deine Aufgaben:
Entwicklung von Modellen zur Unterstützung bei Entscheidungsfindungsprozessen Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Leistungssteigerung im gesamten Unternehmen Du agierst als Business Partner für Vertrieb, Produktmanagement, Marketing, Service & Kundenservice Du unterstützt die Vertriebsleitung sowie die FP&A-Leitung bei der Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts und Business Plänen für alle Bereiche des Unternehmens Du erstellst monatliche Reports in den Bereichen Umsatz, Marge und Kosten Erstellen des Monatsabschlusses, einschließlich der Anforderungen an das Konzernberichtswesen
Deine Qualifikation:
Bachelor-Abschluss in Finanzen, Buchhaltung oder auf einem verwandten Feld; CPA-Examen oder CMA-Zertifizierung vorteilhaft Einschlägige relevante Erfahrung in Geschäftsfinanzen, Finanzplanung & -Analyse Umfangreiche Erfahrung und Kenntnisse im Bereich Commercial Finance und Operations sind von Vorteil Erste Führungserfahrung Sicheres Auftreten und Durchsetzungsstärke Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten bei Analyse, Entscheidungsfindung und Problemlösung Aufmerksamkeit für Genauigkeit und Details erforderlich Ausgeprägte Excel-Modellierungskenntnisse mit Datenbankerfahrung von Vorteil Erfahrung mit ERP-, BI- und Berichtssystemen Sehr gute Deutsch-und Englisch KenntnisseT Teamfähigkeit, kommunikatives und selbstbewusstes Auftreten Reisebereitschaft: Gelegentliche Reisen im In- und Ausland können erforderlich sein (-
