Dann werde ein Teil von LAPPDas sind Deine AufgabenAls Praktikant (m/w/d) im IT Projektmanagement Office (PMO) Team erwarten dich vielfältige und kreative Aufgaben, die sowohl deine organisatorischen Fähigkeiten als auch deine kreativen Ideen herausfordern.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:
  • Du unterstützt das IT Project Management Center of Excellence Team in allen organisatorischen und administrativen Themen (z.B. Organisation von Trainings, Anlage von Projekten, Usern und Ressourcen in den relevanten Tools)
  • Du arbeitest mit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Projektmanagement Schulungskonzepten, -materialien und -inhalten (z.B. Erstellung von kreativen Schulungsvideos zu verschiedenen Projektmanagementthemen unter Verwendung verschiedener Tools)
  • Du erstellst Präsentationen (z.B. Trainings, PMO Updates für abteilungsübergreifende Meetings)
  • Du wirkst bei dem Erstellen von SharePoint-Inhalten mit (z.B. Struktur unserer internen SharePoint Seite, News, Quiz)
  • Du arbeitest aktiv mit bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Projekt- und Portfolio Management Software
  • Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Workflows im Projektmanagement (z.B. Erstellen von Automatisierungs-Flows mi Microsoft Power Automate)
  • Du erstellst erste Use Cases zum Thema KI im Projektmanagement und hilfst uns beim Aufbau des Data Driven PMOs
Das zeichnet Dich aus
  • Immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) im Themenfeld Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Projektmanagement oder gleichwertige Studienrichtung
  • Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, strukturiert und verfügst über eine zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du schaust über den Tellerrand hinaus und hast Spaß daran Neues zu lernen und mitzugestalten
  • Der sichere Umgang mit den MS-Office Programmen (insb. Excel, PowerPoint) stellt für Dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit dar
  • Interesse an Projektmanagement und Weiterbildung
  • Kreative Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, innovative Ideen umzusetzen
  • Eigeninitiative und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Zuverlässigkeit
