Creating and implementing strategic sourcing projects for the respective purchasing categories Managing the cost improvement projects and initiatives based on the opportunity analysis, cross-countries synergies Challenge the business needs, specifications, and routines by active cooperation with other functions (Manufacturing, HR, Logistics and Finance) Use the relevant procurement tools and negotiation technics appropriate to the specific purchasing categories Reporting, managing, and tracking the procurement savings Maintaining and developing the supplier relationship, including Quality and service level agreements, contracts management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, supply chain, engineering or similar Minimum 5 years of procurement experience Understanding business process Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing Strong communication skills Ability to work in a team environment and to work autonomously on dedicated categories Strong negotiation skills Ability to analyze market trends and supplier capabilitiesWhat we offer:
