Summary

We are looking for an "SAP CRM Consultant (f/m/d)" for the "Information Management" department in Ulm, Immenstaad, Cologne, Oberkochen or Taufkirchen at the earliest possible date.

As part of the planned migration to S / 4HANA, HENSOLDT intends to introduce an SAP CRM system in order to map all customer contact activities from marketing and sales to after sales service in the future. You would be involved in the project in the design of the processes and the implementation of the CRM system and, after successful implementation, support operations and further develop the applications.

Your Tasks

Collaboration in the S / 4 HANA project in cooperation with the implementation partner in the conception of the processes in Customer Relationship Management as well as in the implementation of the solutions in the SAP CRM system

Collaboration in the design of interfaces between SAP CRM and the relevant SAP ERP modules

Designing CRM solutions together with the specialist department and implementing them through customising and/or programming

Collaboration in ensuring operations, including by processing malfunctions in 2nd-level support (incident and problem management)

Technical coordination with external service providers and their coordination

Creation / provision of technical documentation, support in the definition of test cases and in the creation of user documentation

Your Profile

Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable practical professional experience

In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, preferably SAP CRM

Knowledge of business processes

High level of independence and self-motivation in combination with the ability to work in a team

Good German English skills
