Ryanair Engineering Germany GmbH with its company seat at the airport Berlin-Schönefeld was founded in 2018 and is a 100% subsidiary of Ryanair. The Irish airline is, at the moment, operating an aircraft fleet of more than 450 modern Boeing 737-800 aircraft and will, until 2024, further expand. Our highly trained and dedicated engineering team is responsible for the maintenance of all Ryanair aircraft based in Germany. We are currently looking for


Document Controller (Hangar) to join our team in Nürnberg (NUE), Germany.

The role includes the use of specialist IT applications such as AMOS, eLearning, myboeingfleet.


Responsibilities


  • Liaise with Planning, Engineering, Quality and Check Supervisors on the printing of aircraft check packs
  • Print check packs and distribute to the relevant zones of the aircraft
  • Collate all aircraft paperwork once completed and ensure that it is completed correctly
  • Follow up on incomplete / missing paperwork
  • Ensure that all paperwork is scanned, bookmarked, backed up and entered in the aircraft records
  • Any other duties / tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager

Requirements

  • Previous document control experience is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of AMOS is desirable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel & Word
  • Previous work experience on Boeing aircraft preferred
  • Willing to work shift
  • A valid EU/EEA passport and/or the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union
  • Valid EU driver's license
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Preferably a valid German security clearance according to § 7 of German Aviation Security Act
