Fachliche & disziplinarische Führung von der Warengruppe zugeordneten Einkäufer/Innen
Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von komplexen nationalen und internationalen Einkaufsvorgängen (Ausschreibungserstellung, Angebotsauswertung, Verhandlungsdurchführung und Vertragserstellung)
Effektive Steuerung der Gesamtausgaben und Lieferketten zur Erreichung optimaler Kostenstrukturen
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Einkaufsprozesse und der damit verbundenen Kennziffern
Entwickeln und Implementieren einer mittelfristigen und langfristigen Einkaufsstrategie für die definierten Warenkategorien
Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der internationalen Einkaufsaktivitäten
Kosteneinsparpotenziale identifizieren und realisieren
Verhandlung von Einkaufsbedingungen (langfristig / strategisch)
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor/Master-Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Ingenieurwesen
Mindestens 3 Jahre fachbezogene Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf von Professional Services oder IT Services, bevorzugt im internationalen Umfeld
Sie sind ein verhandlungsstarker Teamplayer mit exzellenter Durchsetzungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit für zielgerichteten und lösungsorientierten Austausch mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
Idealerweise bringen Sie Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Arbeitsumfeld einer zentralen Abteilung in einer Matrixorganisation mit
Führungspersönlichkeit mit der Freude an situativer Führung von internationalen Teams
Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit ist für Sie selbstverständlich
Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie ein hohes Maß an Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
