Erfassung von Kundenstammdaten, Preislisten, Konditionen sowie Kundenaufträgen

Kundenbetreuung auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene inkl. Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen sowie Erstellung von Angeboten

Terminverfolgung und Priorisierung von Aufträgen sowie Lieferbereitschaft kontrollieren

Bestellungen an Sublieferanten inkl. Terminverfolgung 

Versandabwicklung unter Berücksichtigung von aktuellen und länderspezifischen Exportrichtlinien, Exportdokumente erstellen bzw. anfordern 

Erstellung von Rechnungen und Gutschriften in SAP

Unterwegsbestände für den Bereich der Kunststoffprodukte bei Inventuren aufnehmen und kontrollieren

Retourenabwicklung

Überwachung der Kundenkonten, Mahnung bei überfälligen Zahlungen

Anforderungen

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann/frau oder vergleichbare Ausbildungsrichtung

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung wünschenswert

SAP-Kenntnisse

Gute Englischkenntnisse

Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse

Collection of customer master data, price lists, conditions and customer orders

Customer care at national and international level including answering customer inquiries and preparing offers

Check deadline tracking and prioritization of orders as well as readiness for deliveryOrders to subcontractors including deadline tracking

Dispatch processing taking into account current and country-specific export guidelines, create or request export documents

Creation of invoices and credit notes in SAPRecord and control stocks in transit for the area of plastic products during inventoriesreturns processing

Monitoring of customer accounts, reminder for overdue payments

Requirements

Completed training as an industrial clerk or comparable training

Several years of professional experience in order processing desirable

SAP knowledge

Good English knowledge

Sound MS Office knowledge
