Web Development und Plattformentwicklung – Du konzipierst, implementierst und verbesserst das Frontend unserer Produkte und Webseiten und entwickelst dabei Software mit hoher Codequalität, Testabdeckung, Sicherheit und Performance

Agiles Arbeiten und Nutzerzentrierung – Du setzt UX/UI-Designs durchdacht sowie mit hohem Verständnis für den Anwender um und stellst durch die Definition von Schnittstellen zu Deinen Backend-Kollegen deren umfassende Funktionsfähigkeit sicher

Kollaboration und Lösungsorientierung – Du arbeitest in einem interdisziplinären Team und trägst durch Deine aktive Beteiligung an Produkt Diskussionen zur Findung pragmatischer, geschickter Lösungen bei

Gemeinsame Produktentwicklung – Du schaffst und optimierst durch regelmäßige, iterative Releases zusammen mit Deinem Team nutzerfreundliche Anwendungen und bringst damit bedeutenden Mehrwert für unsere Kunden hervor

Dein Profil

Frontend-Expertise – Du greifst auf einen großen Erfahrungsschatz im Aufbau von Websites und digitalen Produkten mit JavaScript, HTML und CSS zurück und kannst moderne Technologien und Frameworks wie React, TypeScript, Tailwind und routiniert zur Anwendung bringen. Bonus: Rails Erfahrung

Architekturverständnis und Best Practices – Du bist vertraut mit den Bestandteilen und Wechselwirkungen innerhalb von Software-Systemen sowie gängigen Methoden der Softwareentwicklung und des Testings

Begeisterung und Lernbereitschaft – Du fühlst Dich in Frontend-Umgebungen absolut zu Hause, bist bei technischen Neuheiten immer am Puls der Zeit und scheust Dich nicht vor Berührungen mit unserem Backend

User-Verständnis und Qualitätsanspruch – Du versetzt Dich instinktiv in die Erwartungen der Anwender unserer Software und achtest in der Usability genau auf Details und Aktualität

Sprachkenntnisse – Du beherrscht Englisch und Deutsch auf gutem mündlichen wie auch schriftlichen Niveau, beziehungsweise bist bereit Deine Deutschkenntnisse schnell in der täglichen Praxis zu verbessern
