Mit unserem Team „Value Stream & Planning“ betreuen wir in Wetzlar sowohl operative als auch strategische Projekte in der gesamten SMT. Um eine kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung sicherzustellen, arbeiten wir täglich in einem spannenden und fluiden Umfeld. In Ihrer Position werden Sie Teil unseres Teams sein und Ihr Wissen und Ihre Erfahrungen nutzen, um den SMT-Bereich stetig zu verbessern und zu optimieren.

In Zusammenarbeit werden wir die High-End Produkte der SMT stetig optimieren und Sie werden durch Ihre kooperationsbereite, nahbare, umsichtige und aufmerksame Arbeit die Grenzen des Möglichen immer wieder neu definieren.

Ihre Rolle

das aktive Projektmanagement betreiben Sie selbstbewusst, kontrollieren Zwischenergebnisse und beheben Abweichungen entlang zuvor gemeinsam definierter Meilensteine

die Fäden unserer unterschiedlichen Abteilungen wie Optikdesign, Fertigung, Mechanik und Montage halten Sie in der Hand und unterstützen alle mit Ihrem Projektverständnis

sorgfältig ermöglichen Sie die Einbindung externer Unterstützung in unserem Team und leiten das Projektteam an

Sie verantworten das strategische Reporting gegenüber dem Senior Management und dem Field of Business

Ihr Profil

Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium und idealerweise eine betriebswirtschaftliche Begeisterung

Ihre mehrjährige Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse von Serienanlaufmanagement und Produktionsprozessen können Sie in Kombination mit Ihrer selbstständigen und strukturierten Vorgehensweise bei uns ideal vertiefen

durch Ihr sicheres Auftreten und Ihre Kommunikationsstärke sowie Präsentations- und Moderationskenntnisse lassen Sie sich auch in unübersichtlichen Situationen nicht aus der Ruhe bringen

idealerweise denken Sie vernetzt innerhalb einer Matrixorganisation und haben schon erste Erfahrungen in der Leitung fordernder und komplexer Projekte
